PD&A 2026 Photo Ordering & Delivery Instructions:
Picture weekend for 2026 is Friday 4/17 and Saturday 4/18. Click the following link to view the Picture Day Schedule (link not yet available).
You have TWO OPTIONS for ordering photos: you may order physical photo prints after picture day (see instructions below) or the digital files before picture day (see instructions below).
Order Physical Photos:
After picture day, you may order physical photos from the online purchasing gallery with a credit card using the info below. You will be able to review the images before purchasing. The gallery will go online about two weeks or so after picture day, and ordering will be available for several weeks. Photo orders will be delivered in the mail. Please be patient if the gallery is loading slowly, the images are high resolution. The Memory Mate product is an 8x10 image with an individual image in the upper left corner, the corresponding group image in the bottom, and your child's name in the upper right. Order Digital Files:
Before picture day, at a discounted rate, you can pre-order ALL of the digital files of your child(ren) from picture day (group photos and individual photos). This option is the BEST choice for students in three or more dances or if you have more than one child at the studio.
If you'd like to order the digital files there are two steps: please complete and submit the (1) google form below *AND* (2) complete your payment via Paypal. Paypal is the only payment method accepted when ordering digital files, but you do not need a Paypal account to order. Digital files will be delivered via Dropbox digital download after picture day. The early bird price when you pre-order all of the digital files for ONE child is $149. The early bird price when you pre-order all of the digital files for ALL siblings is $199. If you order the digital files after picture day, the price is $250. Sales tax is additional. Due to the nature of the digital files being a digital product, the digital files are non-refundable after delivery. By purchasing the digital files, you agree that you have read the above information.
